Why We Started
Baan RetireEase was founded by Pongsiri Trivittayasil, who saw how hard it is for families overseas to arrange care in Thailand with any real confidence. Families face an impossible choice: a UK care home at over £5,000 a month, or an exhausting, blind search for a credible alternative abroad.
Thailand is a genuinely strong option — warm climate, world-class private hospitals, and a deep-rooted culture of respectful elder care. The hard part is navigating it from abroad, without local knowledge or trusted contacts on the ground.

We believe you should understand exactly how we operate before you trust us with such an important decision. Our consultation and guidance are free to your family — you pay us nothing.
Where a family chooses to proceed with a care provider we've introduced, we may receive a referral fee from that provider. This never increases the price you pay, and it never influences our recommendations: we only introduce providers that pass our vetting, and we will always tell you honestly if Thailand — or a particular provider — is not the right fit for your situation.
